Packaging:

Our ceramics are packaged using fully recyclable materials including cardboard cartons, biodegradable, compostable and recyclable protective paper padding and paper packing tape.

Delivery:

All parcels are automatically labelled as ATL (authority to leave). Please note at checkout if you require alternative delivery instructions.

Australia Wide:

• Flat Rate $20 AUD for all orders (with tracking)

• All orders placed within Australia (excluding PO Boxes) are shipped with our 100% carbon neutral courier partner, Sendle. To achieve a net carbon footprint of zero, Sendle uses fuel efficient shipping methods and offsets the remaining CO2 produced through conservation, regeneration, and community initiatives.

• This year we have chosen for our offsets to go towards supporting The Mount Sandy conservation project in South Australia. This project permanently protects a rare pocket of wetlands and woodlands between the Coorong National Park and Lake Albert in partnership with its Traditional Owners, the Ngarrindjeri. Native plants for regenerations are supplied from a nursery in the Raukkan Aboriginal Community. As one of the last remaining areas of native vegetation in the region, the land forms a strategic corridor for wildlife, including the short-beaked echidna, purple-gaped honeyeater and elegant parrot. This project protects 200 hectares of habitat and has created 5 jobs for Ngarrindjeri Australians.

• Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns.

• If a product arrives damaged, you may elect to receive a replacement product of the exact same value, if available or receive a full refund.
