(e) Once the Customer’s order or project has been completed, Dakota Yewen has the right to share the Customer’s order or project on Dakota Yewen’s social media channels, website and/or use on marketing/PR collateral in both digital and print form.

(a) The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Dakota Yewen and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

1. Purchases

(a) The purchase of any product or service made available through the Service, will require the supply of certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, residential, shipping and email addresses and payment details.

1. Agreed Costs

(a) By purchasing Sale Content, therefore, being a party to a Sale, you agree to the cost of sale (Content Price), advertised by Dakota Yewen on the Website at the time of the Sale.

(b) Subject to sub-clause (c) herein, Dakota Yewen reserves the right to change the Content Price of any Sale Content, from time to time, without notice to the Customers or users of the Website.

(c) Dakota Yewen may not change the Content Price of an agreed Sale.

1. Point of Sale

(a) All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

(b) In the process of making Payments, you may be re-directed to the platform used by that payment gateway (Payment Platform) and, in doing so, agree to the Terms of Use of such Payment Platform.

(c) Dakota Yewen reserves the right to change the preferred payment gateway, from time to time, without notice to any Customers.

(d) All transactions are processed in AUD figures.

1. Imagery and Photography

(a) Despite all efforts to accurately represent the products, services, information and colours on dakotayewen.com, we do not guarantee that the content on this site is accurate, or free from errors at all times. Photos and imagery are intended to guide and actual colour ways may vary slightly. We shoot imagery on film and as such the colour ways represented will depend on how you have your settings, screen display, screen temperature and the device on which you are viewing the site. 1. Returns

(a) Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns.

(b) If a product arrives damaged, the Customer may elect to receive a replacement product of the exact same value, if available or receive a full refund.

(c) If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@dakotayewen.com.

(d) We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or error when ordering, unless due to our negligence or incorrect information supplied.

1. Alteration of Terms of Use

(a) Dakota Yewen reserves the right to change the terms of access, conditions and notices under which the Website is offered with or without notice to you and without giving any explanation or justification for such change.
